Ryan joined Wynyard Wood in January 2026 and is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial law team.
Ryan specialises in corporate and commercial law, advising clients on corporate transactions and the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts. Prior to joining Wynyard Wood, Ryan gained nearly 20 years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer in South Africa, working both in-house and at partnership level in private practice. He has advised on a broad range of business law matters across multiple industries and is known for providing sound, pragmatic advice focused on meeting client needs.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys reading, music, and spending time outdoors.
